4. Endocrinologist Consultation: Our endocrinologist will review your results and discuss your diabetic management plan with you.
5. ER Physician Oversight: Your entire visit and all results are overseen by our board-certified ER physicians.

• Is this a substitute for my primary care physician? This package is designed to be a comprehensive check-up for diabetes and provides expert consultation for acute management, not a substitute for ongoing care. Follow up with your primary care provider or specialist for ongoing care.
• Do I need an appointment? Walk-ins are welcome, but booking online is recommended to minimize wait times.
• Is this covered by insurance? This package is offered at a cash-pay rate. Major insurance plans are accepted for eligible urgent medical visits, but the Diabetic Wellness Package is an elective service. A superbill can be provided for HSA/FSA reimbursement.
• What if I have an urgent diabetic issue? Standard urgent care services should be used if experiencing an acute diabetic issue, such as severe hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia. This package is for wellness screening and consultation.
