Individual adult membership is $3,000 per year or $250/month with approved installments.

Home visit pricing: Urgent home visits may be available when staffing permits. The starting rate for a home physician visit is $1,000, plus any additional supply costs. Estimated costs are discussed before charges are made whenever possible.

Medication Safety + Controlled Substances

Controlled substance prescriptions are never guaranteed. All prescribing decisions remain subject to the treating provider’s independent medical judgment, patient safety, applicable law and standard of care.

Members receiving controlled substances may be required to follow Luxer’s prescribing policy, including coordination with the clinical team and review of relevant prescription-monitoring information.

Is Luxer Concierge also urgent care?

Yes. Members may use Luxer for urgent care needs that are appropriate for an urgent care setting, including many same-day illnesses, minor injuries, medication questions and follow-up concerns.

How much does the individual adult membership cost?

The individual adult concierge membership is $3,000 per year, or $250 per month with approved installments.

Do you offer family pricing?

Yes. A second family member receives a 10% discount, multiple family members may receive a 20% discount, children under 18 are $500 per year, and ages 19–26 are $1,000 per year.

What is included in the membership?

Membership includes direct physician access, expanded access, same- or next-day appointments when available, an annual comprehensive wellness exam, personalized health plan, unlimited telemedicine, medication support, care coordination and eligible member savings.
