Fetal sex may sometimes be visible around 14–15 weeks, but earlier scans can be more difficult to interpret because the anatomy is smaller and fetal position may limit visualization.

How Accurate Is an Ultrasound for Determining Baby’s Sex?
Ultrasound can often determine fetal sex with a high degree of confidence when:
